First time I ever had gummies. My friend told me she only takes about 1/4 of a piece at a time. She’s Super Skinny, so I think hmm, I’m a Fat girl, I’ll take a whole piece.1 1/2 hour later WOAH! Yeah just WOAH, Not doing That again LOL . Now it’s only 1/4 or 1/2 and no more! Wonderful effect and taste. Yes for taste alone you want to eat a bucket of these, BUT DON’T!
